Welcome to the Robbinsdale Transition Center!
The Robbinsdale Transition Center is a program for helping young adults with disabilities transition from school to adult life. We provide assistance and support to 18-21 year olds while they are pursuing transition goals and objectives.
To participate in this program, a student must:
● be within the ages of 18-21
● be eligible for Special Education services
● IEP Team has determined continued Transition needs exist
