Meet Darius

A fifth-grader at Noble Elementary, Darius Larson is one of Robbinsdale Area School’s many remarkable students. He is a leader in the classroom who thinks globally: “I bet you didn’t know I was adopted from Lithuania when I was seven,” he says. Now a very grown-up 11 year old, Darius enjoys working on the computer and already has his own email address.

According to his teacher Kitty Enloe, “Darius is an amazing leader among his peers. He does not let his physical limitations get in the way of being a leader and role model for proper behavior. He has never been afraid to voice his feelings about what is right behavior and why - and his peers have always listened to him and respected him for it.”

Darius likes serving as a good example to others. He tries to stop his classmates from saying mean things or bullying. He says he just treats people how he would like to be treated. A true role model for his classmates, Darius Larson is remarkable.

Darius is Robbinsdale Area Schools. At Robbinsdale Area Schools, we value the differences that make all of our students unique. We approach our work with individual focus on each and every student’s infinite potential.

We invite all students to make their mark. Just like Darius. We are Robbinsdale Remarkable. #RASRemarkable
